Science on the Tree

Since I'm not going to get to any substantive LJ posts before the holidays descend, have some pictures while they're still timely. Chad posted a series of pictures of our Christmas tree ornaments, with little explanations of "how they're really all about the science":

  1. A star
  2. A teapot
  3. A fish
  4. An abstract straw tree
  5. Pastafarians with telescopes

(He seems to have stopped before having to explain what the elephant-angel has to do with science, to my disappointment.)
