Solo Parenting the Sick Toddler, Day 1 of 5

Up at: 9:00 a.m. (having slept from 2:00 a.m. in chair with Mommy).

Morning food: three fruit twists.

Nap attempt begins: 11:45 a.m. (2 oz of bottle).

Nap commences: n/a. Give up at 1:00 p.m.

Second nap attempt begins: 1:15 p.m. in car. Nap commences: 1:50 p.m. Duration: 10 min.

Afternoon/evening food: ~8" French baguette, handful of cookies, 2/3 jar green beans and rice.

Sleep attempt begins: 8:30 p.m. (5 oz of bottle).

Sleep commences: 9:10 p.m.

SteelyKid-related accomplishments: antibiotics for ear, chest infection. Three nebulizations. Bath. SteelyKid not exposed on hillside.

Non-SteelyKid-related accomplishments: none.
