belated link: about menstrual cups

Months ago, [personal profile] rydra_wong posted Menstrual cups: why they are awesome and you should get one (if you are a menstruating person). Allow me to refer the menstruating persons reading this to it now, if they haven't seen it before.

I am totally happy with mine. I use the smallest there is on the market (Meluna, ball stem) and still find it higher-capacity than the pads I used to use, and more comfortable too. (I do use pantyliners for the bit of flow that happens while I'm emptying and cleaning the cup, but I'm fine with that.) Oh, and I found it very easy to get the hang of (no Carrie-style scenes and never felt in risk of any, either), though obviously YMMV.
