free-ish books form open again

I did originally say Sunday noon not Saturday--sorry. Got overexcited at having finished my spreadsheets of the requests on hand ahead of time. Form's back open now and I promise not to let rearranging and reprinting affect my priority calculations. (I'll make it 1pm for those discombobulated by Daylight Savings.)
