con safety procedures

As part of the commitments Readercon made in this public statement, Readercon has formed a safety committee to update the con's anti-harassment policy, of which I am a member.

If you have an ideal con anti-harassment policy, or thoughts about what should be important in such a policy, or links to read, or potentially-useful anecdotes, or other things to say about the topic, please leave me a comment (all comments are screened (and DW has a neat thing where I can reply to you without unscreening your comment!) but will be unscreened if you say it's okay) or email me at knepveu@steelypips.org.

Thanks.
