(Or, all the best castaways have daddy issues)
- This show has reduced me to instant-messaging in all-caps, to
wit:
[09:00:04 PM] Kate: OMG WALT BURNED THE RAFT
- This, children, is why communication in marriage is so important (I mean, you were both planning to flee on this ill-fated trip?). And I think Jin was right, at least for now: to paraphrase Memory (because I'm too lazy to go upstairs and check the quote), you can't go back; you have to just go on. (And I admit, I was wrong about Jin speaking English. That's okay, I think his backstory fit well—though, you know, some mommy issues might be a nice change?)
- Vincent is eating all the boar meat. That Lab is at least as bulky as R.D. (down the bottom of this dog comparison).
I am quite pleased; I thought this was a very good one, both overall and in the little details like keeping Locke ambiguous and the Sayid/Shannon interaction.
On a different note, it has come to my attention that my Boskone report might not have shown up on some people's friends lists, so, there it is if you want it.
